sad it came in all squished back as the item was combined with many other items, it looks weird now, maybe is hard to see through the bag but the doll and the bottom is like separated out and doesn't look like the one in the photo... disappointed. shipping was fast, I didn't have to communicate with seller so no idea if they communicate or not. I just wished it wasn't squished as I was planning to use it for my daughters birthday cake but can't anymore 😓
